The Point

PLANNING AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN FOR THIS
PROJECT WERE COMPLETED BY DAN O’BRIEN
WHILE SERVING AS THE DESIGN DIRECTOR FOR
VTBS ARCHITECTS. THE FOUR STORY MIXED-USE
BUILDING INCLUDES RETAIL, OFFICE, AND
RESIDENTIAL SPACE WITH A PRIVATE SECOND
FLOOR COURTYARD FOR THE RESIDENTS. A FULL
FOOTPRINT UNDERGROUND GARAGE PROVIDES
PARKING FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE PROJECT
PROVIDES APARTMENTS AND CONDOMINIUM
UNITS FOR BOTH MARKET RATE AND “AFFORDABLE
HOUSING” RESIDENTS.
