This renovation in the downtown area of Englewood Colorado converts a former historic department store in to offices for a civil engineering and surveying company.
The 13,000 square feet building was stripped back to its original brick walls and wood frame roof structure to create an historic framework for the addition of the new contemporary architectural elements that accommodate the new uses for the space.
