DESIGN FOR THIS CHICAGO BASED RESTAURANT
FRANCHISE WAS COMPLETED IN 1992. THE 4,600
SQUARE FEET FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT WAS
CREATED THROUGH RENOVATIONS AND
ADDITIONS TO AN EXISTING FREE STANDING
BUILDING. CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED IN
1992.
THE SPACE INCLUDES INTERIOR SEATING FOR 135
PERSONS, A FULL SERVICE BAR WITH SEATING
FOR 20 PERSONS, A TAKE-OUT AREA, OUTDOOR
PATIO, AND THE KITCHEN. THE CONCEPT FOR THE
CHARACTER OF THE DINING SPACE WAS BASED
ON THE COMBINATION OF TWO ELEMENTS-
MAXIMIZING EXPOSURE TO THE ABUNDANT
COLORADO SUNLIGHT AND DEVELOPING A
CONTEMPORARY INTERPRETATION OF
TRADITIONAL ITALIAN DESIGN ELEMENTS.
