An existing 11,500 square feet building is being converted from retail space to new office space for a civil engineering and surveying firm currently located in Littleton, Colorado. They are excited to locate their offices on South Broadway in the downtown district of Englewood.
The work includes design and specifications for all interior finish work and work stations, as well as renovation of the streetfront façade. The Ground Floor, Basement, and Mezzanine levels will provide offices for Core and additional co-working space for other tenants. Meeting Rooms, teleconference spaces, printing areas, kitchens and seating areas will provide spaces to complement the work areas.
Excavation in Broadway for new water service resulted in uncovering historic light rail line tracks. A portion of the track will be incorporated in to the steel frame for a bench at the reception area of the new offices.
