DANIEL O’BRIEN – Principal/Architect –

DAN O’BRIEN has been practicing architecture for over 30 years since graduating from
the University of Michigan’s College of Architecture and Urban Planning. His practice
includes urban design and planning, architecture, and public art projects. He has been
responsible for design for a wide variety of projects in numerous communities including
Detroit, Denver, Los Angeles, Panama City, Panama, Beijing, Bogota, Inner Mongolia,
Ile Maurice, and many of the communities along the Front Range of Colorado. The
quality of his design work has been recognized by winning entries in international
design competitions and by several award programs including the AIA Western
Mountain Region, AIA Colorado, AIA Denver, ASLA, City and County of Denver, and
the Jefferson County Design Awards Program

BRIAN PREECE – Architectural Designer –

Brian is a dedicated and enthusiastic architectural designer with over 10 years of professional experience in the industry, and has enjoyed being part of a wide range of project types ranging from small, residential renovations to new, multi-block, mixed-use developments. While earning his Bachelors of Architecture at Ohio State University and his Masters of Architecture from Arizona State University, Brian received numerous design awards from both schools for his personal and group projects. Along with being a talented artist, Brian is also a highly skilled and capable digital modeler, a self-taught programmer, and a creative and passionate designer.

DIANE REUTER – Administration –

Diane graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics. While being a computer programmer and a systems analyst was rewarding for many years, her true passions fall more on the creative side. Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Diane also enjoys working on anything with her hands, including painting, sewing, pottery and renovating just about anything. Music, skiing, hiking and spending time with family rounds out a perfect day. Diane is excited to be working at Presence Design Group and gaining experience in the architectural/design industry.

RORY O’BRIEN – Marketing –

Educated at CU-Boulder, Rory graduated with a Business – Marketing degree from Leeds School of Business. Working various aspects of marketing from administrative strategy to digital marketing, his forte lies in all areas digital, including web design, email, social media and more. With history marketing many real estate entities from lighting design to Muskokan private estates, his passion lies in intelligent design/the arts, primarily architecture, sculpture and music.
